Cancellation / Refund Policy

This weekend experience asks that you commit 100%. Due to the nature of the event and the contracts involved in obtaining event space, we are not able to offer refunds for retreats. You may cancel your booking at any time, provided that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking form and is notified to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such  notification is received by us. We will retain any cash deposits or payments in full, however, if another person can  be found to take your place, we may offer you a refund at our discretion.

 

Esoterix Podcast, LLC is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, extended lodging, and other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

 Your Travel Arrangements  

All travel arrangements are your responsibility at your cost. We are not liable for any consequences arising from  delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in  your documentation required for travel. Transfers to/from the retreat are at your own cost, unless otherwise  specified. 

 

Travel Cancellation Insurance

You’ll need to read and understand our cancellation policy before you make a reservation. Naturally, no one books intending to cancel or postpone their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance through your travel agent or visiting the following website to compare insurers: www.worldnomads.com. You  should bring the policy with you in case of an emergency.
